A Different Way to Lead — And a Life That Can Hold It
Hi—
I wanted to reach out personally as this year gets underway.
There’s something I’ve been building for a long time—and over the past year, it’s finally been articulated.
For much of my career, that work has lived inside private advisory relationships with women leading at scale—deep, intimate, and often invisible by design.
What I kept seeing was this:
The most significant breakthroughs didn’t come from refining leadership in isolation. They came from paying attention to the space between—where how a woman leads and how she lives are already shaping one another.
That space shows up quietly, but powerfully.
In how energy shifts—and how long it’s overridden.
In health, timing, and responsibility intersecting with ambition.
In values that evolve—what feels worth building now, who it’s worth building with, and how one wants to spend time, attention, and care.
In the desire to create work that is both meaningful and materially successful—without sacrificing one to preserve the other.
These aren’t detours from leadership.
They’re the conditions under which leadership either holds—or slowly erodes.
I came to call this space The Overlap.
And what’s become clear is that when the forces shaping leadership are no longer separated from life, but designed to work together, something changes.
Clarity deepens.
Direction sharpens.
Authority is felt—without force.
Impact expands—without costing what matters most.
A Leadership Lifestyle Practice
Over the past year, I’ve been bringing this work out of the private realm and into something more accessible.
Today, it lives as a leadership lifestyle practice—spanning private advisory relationships, intimate group work, immersive experiences, and self-paced offerings for women navigating both the complexity of their current roles and the shape of what’s next.
One of the things I’m most excited about is bringing this work into wellness resorts and retreat settings—because I’ve come to believe that career is inseparable from identity, health, and well-being.
When work isn’t aligned with who you are, it doesn’t just show up in your calendar.
It shows up in your body.
In your energy.
In the quiet erosion of vitality that’s easy to dismiss—until it isn’t.
The women I work with don’t need another productivity paradigm.
They need coherence—between who they are, how they work, and how they live.
That’s what The Overlap Method™ offers—a system of integration that brings together:
Leadership — how you move through the world
Longevity — how your impact is sustained over time
Beauty — how you ebody it all (internal coherence, made visible through environment, relationships, and lived experience)
